A RENEWED appeal has been issued to try to trace witnesses to a fatal collision earlier this month.
Keri Holdsworth, from the Edinburgh area, died as a result of the incident at about 4.30pm on Friday, June 13 on the A19 northbound at the junction with Dalton Piercy, near Hartlepool.
She was driving a Renault Clio when the collision took place, which also involved a dark blue BMW 5 series estate.
Officers would like to speak to the driver of a light coloured or white van which may have been using the Dalton junction at the time.
They would also appeal to trace a military forces medic who stopped at the scene and assisted with first aid. He was driving a military ambulance vehicle.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Mark Pearson from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting reference number 100435.
