POLICE are trying to trace Christopher Iley who has been missing since Wednesday.
The 24-year-old, from Piper Court in Kenton, Newcastle, has not been seen since he left home on Wednesday, June 18 at 10.20am.
Police and his family are concerned for his welfare and are appealing for help to locate him.
"Christopher is described as 5ft 8ins tall, very slim build, with short light brown hair and a goatee beard," said a spokesman for Northumbria Police. "He was last seen wearing a dark coloured t-shirt with a camouflage pattern, dark blue jeans and black boots. He was carrying a large Nike black backpack.
2Officers are appealing for Christopher to make contact with them, or anyone who recognises him to call police straightaway."
Anyone with information should contact police on 101, extension 69191, quoting log number 1027 of 18/06/14 or ring the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
