Man faces trial to face charge of threatening to destroy property
TRIAL DATE: John Ashley Kinsella, 21, of Northumberland Prison, near Morpeth, will have a trial to face a charge of threatening to damage or destroy property. It is alleged that he threatened to have the house of a Deerbolt Young Offender’s Institute officer burnt down. Mr Kinsella has pleaded not guilty to the offence. He will appear at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates Court from custody on Wednesday, July 2.
