POLICE investigating a suspicious fire at a house on Kingston Road, Tilery, Stockton have arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.
He is currently in police custody.
Officers continue to investigate the fire, which took place on February 14, and are still appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
