SALES of a T-shirt aimed at swelling a charity’s coffers and marking Sunderland’s forthcoming trip to Wembley have passed the 100 mark.
Graphic artist Dave Wright is selling the ‘Gus bus’ T-shirts, which he designed himself, in support of stillbirth charity 4Louis.
Mr Wright, of Hurworth, near Darlington, is pleased with how sales of the £16 T-shirts have gone so far.
He said fans thinking of buying one of the shirts, which feature a caricature of Black Cats boss Gus Poyet, should do so by Wednesday, February 26.
Sunderland take on Manchester City in the final of the Capital One cup, at Wembley, on Sunday, March 2.
Mr Wright chose to support 4Louis after the charity helped a close friend who suffered the trauma of losing a baby.
T-shirts are available in sizes up to 5XL. To buy, visit thegusbus.co.uk
