A RENEWED appeal has been made for information about a fatal road accident.
Jordan Dowson was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident on the A174 Brotton bypass, east Cleveland, which happened on Friday, February 7 at 5pm.
Three cars were involved in the collision – a black Vauxhall Corsa, a grey Audi estate and a white Volkswagen Scirocco. The 19-year-old, of Guisborough, was a passenger in the black Corsa.
Investigating officer, PC Neil Foster said: “We would still appeal for witnesses to come forward, particularly those witnesses who were travelling westbound towards North Skelton, who may have seen the Vauxhall Corsa prior to the collision or those who may have witnessed the collision itself.”
A 19-year-old man who was arrested following the incident remains on bail pending further enquiries.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Neil Foster from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency number 101.
