LEISURE centres across County Durham are hosting a range of activities to keep children of all ages entertained this half term.
Activities include soft play, swimming crash courses and judo sessions as well as the regular facilities such as indoor climbing walls and pools.

CHARITY APPEAL: Pet charity the PDSA has issued an urgent appeal for donations of homeware, ornaments and shoes to its store on Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland. Donations can be taken to the shop Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Home collections can be arranged on 01388-607844.
NEW ROOM: A new multi-sensory room which provides stimulation through the senses of touch, sound, vision and smell and can help visitors relax and develop motor movements has opened at Spennymoor Leisure Centre, in Spennymoor, County Durham.
