Two thefts from delivery vans linked by police
POLICE are hunting thieves who targeted delivery vans on two separate occasions in the Middlesbrough area.
The first incident took place at around 7.30pm on Saturday, February 1 when a delivery van was broken into on Harpenden Walk. A Berghaus jacket and a wallet were stolen from the vehicle.
The second theft took place at around 1.15pm on Wednesday, February 5, also on Harpenden Walk. Another delivery van was broken into and a iPhone was taken.
It is believed that the same person could be responsible for both thefts.
