POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a break-in at a Sunderland bakery.
The burglary happened at Dickson's Bakery in the city’s Saint Luke's Terrace, between 5pm on Saturday and 7pm today (Monday, February 10).
A search of the property was made and the burglars made off with a small amount of confectionary and cash, but caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage.
Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact Northumbria Police on 101 ext 69191, quoting reference 167 10/02/14, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111.
