THOUSANDS of bottles, many more than a century old, were on display at a weekend fair.
Antique bottles, some worth thousands of pounds, attracted many enthusiasts to Stanley Masonic Hall, County Durham, on Saturday morning (February 8).
The fair has been staged annually for more than ten years.
Most of the bottles on display dated from the late 19th or early 20th century, before the manufacturing process was mechanised.
Some collectors travelled from across the country.
Organiser Steven Armstrong said it had been well attended and would continue as long as people were prepared to exhibit and attend.
