A NEW £60,000 high ropes course has opened at an adventure centre.
The Cube, a 30ft-high challenge, has been installed at Moor House Adventure Centre, run by Durham Scout County at Rainton Gate, near Durham City.
Centre manager Stu Graham said: “The Cube not only represents an excellent addition to our existing range of on-site activities, it also represents our commitment to outdoor learning and adventure whilst at the same time providing fully inclusive and affordable opportunities to all of our customers.”
Saturday’s (February 8) launch was attended by Councillor Pauline Charlton, the Mayor of Durham.
