A WOMAN had her Samsung Galaxy mobile phone snatched out of her hand as she walked along Albert Road in Middlesbrough at 4.45pm on Wednesday (February 5).
The 25-year-old woman was walking in the direction of Borough Road when her phone was taken by a man on a pedal cycle close to Teesside Magistrates' Court.
The suspect cycled off towards Teesside University. He is described as white, about 25-years-old, thin and clean shaven.
He was wearing a blue woolly hat with red squares on it and a bobble on top. His bike was red with chrome or silver curved handle bars.
