EIGHT-times champion jockey Peter Scudamore will be among the guests at a special charity fashion show and racing forum to be held in Northallerton later this month.
The event has been organised by Don and Dorothy Lee of countrywear business Montana Country Collection in aid of Jack Berry House, the new centre for injured jockeys now being built in Malton.
Models for the fashion show will include three-day event rider and Olympic silver medallist Nicola Wilson and jockey Andrew Thornton.
It will be followed by a racing forum where panellists will include Peter Scudamore, trainer Lucinda Russell, jockey Andrew Thornton, senior starter Robbie Supple avice-chairman of the Injured Jockeys Find Jack Berry and clerk of the course Anthea Moorshead. It will be chaired by racing journalist Tom O’Ryan.
The event will be held at the Golden Lion Hotel in Northallerton on February 18. Tickets are £20, including wine, canapes and a draw, and available from Montana Country Collection in Northallerton or via 07702-052676
