TWO men have appeared in court in connection with a raid on a cash machine.
Jason Mawson, 44, of Grey Street, County Durham, and John Henry Corrigan, 26, of Broome Road, Durham, appeared before York Crown Court today (Monday, January, 27), over charges relating to the theft of a cash machine in Kirbymoorside, North Yorkshire, ast July.
Mawson was charged with theft of a vehicle and theft of an ATM, while Corrigan was charged with theft of an ATM.
Neither entered a plea at the preliminary hearing, and spoke only to confirm their names.
A plea and case management hearing was scheduled for May 12, at York Crown Court.
Both were released on conditional bail until the next hearing.
