A SCHOOL is holding a sponsored dip this weekend to raise money for specialist equipment.
Pupils from the Evergreen Primary School, in Warwick Road, Bishop Auckland, will take part in the event at Seaton Carew, near Hartlepool, on Saturday.
The school, which caters for youngsters with special educational needs, requires money for computer aids.
The children cannot access computers as mainsteam children can, and the equipment is expensive.
So the children, together with staff and parent-teacher association members, will go to the seaside in an attempt to raise funds.
