A TEESSIDE dental practice has brushed off the opposition to win its third award in four months.
The Smile Spa, in Yarm, has been named the best new practice in the North-East by Dentistry magazine.
The award was presented to Dr Susan Andrews and her team at a ceremony in Leicester earlier this month.
In November, the practice's Dr Simon Andrews won Best Smile Makeover from Private Dentistry magazine, and the Smile Spa was also awarded Denplan's National Award for Clinical Innovation, in September.
Dr Susan Andrews said: "We have had the most fantastic year."
Practice manager Lynn Nichols said: "The Smile Spa team is so proud of winning this award and we were so pleased to take it back with us.
"I know that both our patients and the rest of the team are looking forward to having another trophy on the shelf."
