SHOPPERS will be able to stock up on Christmas fare at an extra Durham farmers' market today.
Durham Indoor Markets has added the event to the one planned for next week, to give people the chance to get their festive provisions.
"The wonderful Christmas farmers' market will be held as usual, next Thursday, just in time to get those last-minute delicious delights and festive foods for Christmas," said Colin Wilkes, managing director of Durham Indoor Markets.
"The produce is some of the best in the North-East."
It will be held in the Market Place, from 9am until about 4pm, and will feature 25 stalls offering produce including meat, bread and cheese.
