A CALENDAR featuring images of a County Durham town has found its way to destinations as far away as Australia, South America and Canada.
The Crook Community Partnership's 2007 calendar went on sale last month after local residents were invited to submit photographs which reflected life in their town.
More than 40 photographs were submitted and local businesses and community groups added their support by advertising.
Graeme Fancourt, chairman of the partnership, said: "We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from the residents and businesses in the town.
"Many calendars have been purchased to send to family and friends who once lived in Crook and still maintain links with the town."
The calendars are still available from the Crook Community Partnership Office, 79 Hope Street, Crook, Fresh Hair, in Church Street, or Stephenson's News, in Bridge Street.
