A SPECIALIST college has been named as one of the top training providers in the country.
David Sherlock, chief inspector of the Adult Learning Inspectorate, praised Henshaws College in Harrogate at the launch of his annual report for 2005-06.
He named Henshaws as being one of 151 organisations to receive good or outstanding inspection grades for every aspect of its training.
He said: "Students can be confident that they will receive first-class support to reach their full potential."
Henshaws College supports students over 16 with learning difficulties, disabilities and visual impairment.
The college received outstanding grades for the areas of living skills and mobility, with all other areas judged as good or better.
