ARTIST Paul Dillon’s exhibition, Forest 2 Light, runs at the gallery in Crown Street Library, Darlington, from June 7 to August 2. It features sketches and photographs inspired by his walks around South Durham and North Yorkshire. The exhibition will be formally opened on Monday (June 10) (correct), at 6pm. All are welcome. Wine and refreshments will be served.
ROYAL DATE: An exhibition and dinner with a regal theme, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation, will be held at St Cuthbert’s Church, in Darlington, at 7.30pm, on Thursday (June 6), at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £12. The exhibition will then be open from 11am to 1pm each weekday until September 30.
