Police received reports of five cars being set on fire in the Walker area of Newcastle at 2.30am this morning. (Sunday, June 2) The vehicles were in different locations around Sunningdale Avenue and Welbeck Road.
There is no suggestion at this time that the vehicles were specifically targeted.
