A free public lecture by playwright Wally K Daly is being held at Teesside University on Wednesday, June 19, at 6.30pm, as part of the Middlesbrough Literary Festival. CYCLING FESTIVAL: Stockton Cycling Festival is taking place from Friday, July 5, to Sunday, July 7, when there will be a road race by professional riders as well as Skyride Stockton aimed at cyclists of all ages who will be able to safely take to the streets on two wheels when it will be closed to traffic. MINI MIMA: Art activities for babies and children aged under four are held every Thursday during term-term at Mima gallery of modern art in Middlesbrough. Sessions cost £3.50 per child.
