A CURRY house in north Durham is celebrating after winning two awards.
Monju Indian restaurant on Park Road, South Moor, near Stanley, has received an exceptional quality award in the Fast Food Guide.
The family-run business, which has been operating for 25 years, has also been given a five star 2013 Just East Tried and Tested Award.
Owner Ala Miah said: “We are very pleased to have this recognition.
“We feel very proud of the awards and it shows that we are doing something right.”
