NORTHALLERTON Male Voice Choir are to welcome debut guest soprano Rachel Orr to their annual charity concert at the Hambleton Forum on Saturday (June 1).
Ms Orr is an established concert soloist in the North East and will sing arias and songs by Puccini, Strauss, Sullivan, among others.
Joining her will be popular young Northallerton flautist Fay Donaldson who returns with the choir as soloist.
The programme includes music ranging from Mozart to Rogers and Hammerstein, Gilbert and Sullivan to Eric Coates' Dambusters’ March, as well as traditional choral numbers on Saturday, June 1 at 7.30pm.
Proceeds will be shared between Macmillan Cancer Support and the Bubble Foundation, a charity for children without an immunity system.
Tickets costing £9, £7 concessions, are available in advance from Greensleeves in Central Arcade, the Forum, or on the door.
