A MAN will face a fresh trial after his barrister fell ill.
Kevin Bulmer's trial at Teesside Crown Court had been due to enter its second day, but has now been postponed until June 26.
The 25-year-old denies a charge of wounding with intent in respect of an attack on another man who was stabbed in the street in Stockton on January 3 this year.
The jury in the case was discharged by Judge Peter Bowers and Mr Bulmer, of Hartington Road, Stockton, was given conditional bail in the meantime.
