POLICE searching for missing woman Pamela Jackson have found a body.
The body, discovered today at an area off Blackstone Edge Road near Mytholmroyd, West Yorkshire, has not been formally identified.
Ms Jackson, 55, from Chester-le-Street, County Durham, was last seen on March 2.
Her partner Adrian Muir, 50, from Halifax, West Yorkshire, is on remand charged with murdering her between March 2 and 8.
A spokeswoman for Durham Police said: "Police searching for Pamela Jackson, missing from her Chester-le-Street home, have, within the last couple of hours found the body of a woman in West Yorkshire.
"The woman's body was found in the Turvin Road area, about nine miles from Halifax.
"No formal identification has been made at this stage."
