YOUNGSTERS from a North-East school will help entertain crowds before a major sporting event this weekend.
Students from Hurworth Primary School, near Darlington, won the chance to take part in a tag rugby demonstration before the Premiership final, at Twickenham, on Saturday (May 25).
They spent part of Friday practising their skills on the school playing fields before travelling to London to take part in the demonstration.
Northampton Saints and Leicester Tigers will compete for the trophy in Saturday’s showpiece match.
Tag rugby is a non-contact version of the sport played by children.
