DALBY and Hamsterley forest are among the venues hosting ‘forest fright’ nights where visitors can camp over and enjoy a horror film played on a big screen.
Shallow Grave will be screened at Dalby on June 8 and 28 Days Later will be shown at Hamsterley Forest on July 20.

PITMEN: A play written by the creator of Billy Elliot is heading to a North East theatre this summer.
The Pitmen Painters, written by Lee Hall, will take to the Darlington Civic Theatre stage from July 8 to 13.
It follows the fortunes of a group of Ashington miners who take up art and has enjoyed sell-out seasons at the National Theatre, on Broadway and in the West End.
