A TRAINING college which helps military veterans is to stage a fundraising concert to mark its 70th anniversary.
Finchale College, in Brasside, near Durham, will present the Salute Our Heroes at the Gala Theatre, in Durham, on Saturday, June 8, in partnership with ABF, The Soldiers’ Charity.
The evening will feature military bands and singers Alison Cochlan, John Rowland, Julie Pendleton and others and will be compered by Alasdair Hutton, the voice of the Edinburgh Tattoo.
Funds raised from the evening will be split between Finchale and the ABF.
