A LEGENDARY pub rock group will perform in the region on Friday night. Nine Below Zero, who became a major touring act after forming in 1977 and who performed their biggest hit, 11 Plus 11, on TV comedy show The Young Ones in the 1980s, will play The Arc in Stockton, at 8pm.
