HIGHLY acclaimed Italian musician Giulio Tampalini will head to Teesdale next month to take part in Barnard Castle's third International Guitar Festival.
It takes place from June 13 to 15 and follows on from last year's series of sell-out concerts.
Tampalini will be performing at The Bowes Museum and in St Mary’s Church, Barnard Castle with other well known musicians.
The festival is directed by Paul Croft, from Barnard Castle, in association with the Friends of the Bowes Museum and also features special guest and internationally renowned cellist, Emily Burridge.
Other performers include the Kupinski Duo, one of Europe’s leading ensembles; Paul Croft, latin guitar; violinist Jonathan Acton; flautist Rachel Jeffers and guitarist Mark Gaultier.
