A NEW gallery has opened to help to promote the work of local artists.
The Palace Hub Gallery is the latest addition to the transformation of Redcar seafront and is already showing the work by painters, sculptors, textiles workers, potters, digital artists, photographers, wood and metal workers.
(CORR) Nel Hickson, who curates the gallery, said: "Our aim is to provide a range of artwork from the easily accessible to the conceptually challenging so that everyone who visits the gallery can find something to think about and enjoy.
“This is a completely new venture for Redcar and is indicative of the exciting regeneration going on in the town and the commitment shown by the Council to helping creative businesses thrive and prosper in difficult economic times."
