HUNDREDS of classic cars descended on a North-East village as part of an annual car show.
The show, held at Hurworth Grange, in Hurworth, near Darlington, featured about 220 classic and vintage cars, including Hot Rods and Bentleys.
Despite this weekend's downpours, the event, organised Hurworth Grange Community Association and the Teesside Yesteryear Motor Club, attracted crowds of people keen to reminisce about cars from their past.
Keith Sandick, manager of Hurworth Grange, said: “We had an extremely busy morning but unfortunately the rain came a few hours too early.
“All in all it was a very successful day, despite the weather, and I would like to thank the Teesside Yesteryear Motor Club for all their help in organising it.
“I would also like to thank everybody at Hurworth Grange who helped to make the show a success.”
