A BURGLAR is facing prison after he stole expensive photography equipment from a Darlington home.
Jason Noble, of Esk Road, Darlington, pleaded guilty to burglary when he appeared at Teesside Crown Court today (Wednesday, May 8) via a video link to Durham Prison.
The court heard the 40-year-old broke into a property in Swan Street, Darlington, in February and stole photography equipment, as well as a number of other items, including a mobile phone, a watch, a wallet, keys, a jewellery box and a knife.
Paul Cleasby, for Noble, said his client accepted that he would receive a custodial sentence.
Judge Peter Bowers agreed to adjourn the case for a pre-sentence report.
Noble will return to court for sentencing via video link on Friday, May 24.
