A MAN charged with importing knuckledusters into Heathrow Airport and possessing a large quantity of amphetamine appeared before magistrates today (Wednesday, March 27).
Kiel Johnson, of Langdale Avenue, Crook, County Durham, is alleged to have imported the knuckledusters, a prohibited item, into the London airport on February 10.
The 27-year-old is also accused of possessing 2.3kg of amphetamine, a class B drug, with intent to supply on March 18 in Crook.
Magistrates in Newton Aycliffe remanded him in custody until a case management hearing on April 17.
