A rare event to see some of the oldest trees in the North York Moors National Park is being held on April 20. Visitors will get the chance to walk through the medieval deer park on the Duncombe estate, near Helmsley and discover how conservation work is preserving the trees, some of which are more than 500 years old. Contact the Moors Park offices in Helmsley on 01439 772738.
