DRUGS CHARGE: A man has been fined £70 and ordered to pay £85 towards courts with a £20 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis after being arrested on December 22 last year. James David Luttman, 38, of (CORR) Knole Road, Billingham, made the plea when he appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court today (Monday, January, 7).
CAR DAMAGED: A man has been ordered to pay £250 in compensation to a car owner after pleading guilty to causing criminal damage when kicked off a door mirror. Malcolm Ferguson, 26, of Norfolk Street, Stockton, also pleaded guilty to obstructing a PC during the course of his duty when he appeared before Teesside Magistrates Court today (Monday, January 7). He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
DRUNK AND DISORDERLY: A drunken man has been fined £35 for being drunken and disorderly in Middlesbrough police station when he went to complain about being assaulted. Zana Ismail (CORR) 35, of Cobden Street, Thornaby, Stockton, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared before Teesside Magistrates Court today (Monday, January 7). He was also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.
