A PENSIONER who died after a crash has been named.
Pedestrian William Hall was killed when three vehicles collided at about 10.20am on Friday in Silksworth Lane, East Herrington, Sunderland.
The 92-year-old, who lived in sheltered accommodation in East Herrington was taken to Sunderland Royal Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Northumbria Police said inquiries into incident are ongoing. No arrests have been made. Anyone who saw the accident should contact police on 101, ext 69191.
