PARAMEDICS and fire crews were called to a business to help a man who had become trapped in a milling machine.
The incident took place at a company on Avenue One of Chilton Industrial Estate in Chilton, County Durham, tonight.
The man's fingers were trapped in the machine.
Fire fighters from Newton Aycliffe and Bishop Auckland were called to the scene at 6.20pm and freed the man a short time later.
A spokeswoman for County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service, said he was given first aid by fire fighters and the ambulance service.
