A TEENAGER appeared in court in County Durham yesterday charged with three counts of arson.
John Ashley Kinsella, of Proudfoot Drive, Bishop Auckland, is accused of causing fire damage to Homebase DIY store, Iceland supermarket and Aclet Nursery School in the town on August 8.
Kinsella, 19, did not enter a plea when he appeared before magistrates in Newton Aycliffe yesterday.
The case was committed to Durham Crown Court on November 2. Kinsella was remanded in custody.
