COCKBURN (nee O'Neil) September 23rd peacefully in hospital with her loving family at her side, Maria Kathleen ( Marie) of Newton Aycliffe, formerly Coundon aged 93 years. Loving wife of the late Frank. A devoted and loving mam to Steven, Neil and the late Alan and Colin. Loving mother-in-law to Teresa, Debbie and Jane. A beloved nana to Michelle, Deborah, Vicky, Madeleine and Danny. Beloved step nana to Claire. A loving great nana to Joshua, Ava and Isabella-Marie. A dear sister to Ted. Also a loving aunt and sister-in-law and a very good friend and neighbour to many. Will family and friends please meet for service at The Wear Valley crematorium chapel on Thursday 17th October 2024 at 11.30am A private interment will follow. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Marie may be left at the crematorium chapel for The British Heart Foundation.
