WOOD John Suddenly, at home of Sherburn Village, late of Felling. John aged 83 years, beloved husband of the late Ann, a dearly loved dad of Deborah, Grahame and Victoria. Also, a cherished and devoted grandad of Andrew, Philip, Kathryn and Sophie, also a sadly missed uncle. Would family and friends please meet for the funeral service at St Joseph's R.C. Church, Gilesgate on Wednesday 9th October at 12 noon followed by private cremation. No flowers by request, donations may be made in lieu if desired, to be shared between The RNLI (Cullercoats) and The Police Treatment Centres.
