SMITH Jeffrey Peacefully after a long illness, Jeff aged 67 years passed away on 13th August. Loving husband of Dorne, devoted dad of Harry. Step dad to Jack and Thomas. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 28th August at 3.30pm in Wear Valley Crematorium. Friends please meet at the chapel. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to St Cuthbert's Hospice, Durham.Your tribute has been received.
