BARKER Helen (High Shincliffe) Peacefully in hospital on 22nd July, aged 61 years. A lovely mum of Sarah, Alex and Monty the Cat, Googie of Mia and Fred, perfect big sister of Nick & Jo, aunty of Billy and Jem and a wonderful friend to many. Friends please meet for funeral service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Tuesday 20th August at 10.30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired may be given for NeuroActiveUK. So sorry to hear about the lovely Helen, I was lucky enough to be her room mate at New College Durham back in 1981 and attended her wedding. We had lost touch but I will always remember her as a happy person with a wicked sense of humour. Bless you Helen x
