HOLMES Patricia Margaret (Pat) nee Leys Peacefully 25th July aged 80 years of Shildon. A beloved wife of the late Harold, devoted mam to John and Tricia. A dear grandma, great grandma and sister. Will friends please meet for service in The Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon at 2.30p.m. on Thursday 8th August Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may if desired be given for The Dogs Trust.
