TELFER Patricia Anne Pat 23rd June, passed away peacefully at home. Dearly loved wife of the late David, devoted mother of Emma and Simon, mother-in-law of Rob and Sarah, loving grandma of Lottie, Kit, Holly, Jasmine and Harry. Funeral Thursday 11th July. Friends please meet for service at All Saints' Church, Blackwell at 1.15p.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only.
