DARGUE Shildon Peacefully on 18th June. Barrie aged 85 years. He will be greatly missed by his loving sister, nieces, great-nieces, nephews and his many friends. Funeral Thursday 4th July. Would friends kindly meet for service in Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please.

So sorry to hear this sad news, Barrie was a lovely gentleman with a wicked wit. I learned so much from him as part of Darlington Operatic Society on the stage of The Civic as it was then.
Rest in peace Barrie.
