PATTERSON 11th June, suddenly at home, Angus aged 76 years of West Auckland, loving husband of the late Brenda, dearly loved dad of Lee and Chris, dear father-in-law of Gillian and Catharine, devoted grandad of James, Larissa and Sam, much loved brother of Angela and brother in law of the late Geoff, and a good friend to many. Will friends please meet for service on Thursday 27th June at 2:30 p.m. at Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon.

This is a tribute to Angus and Brenda Patterson whom I met 30 years ago on one of their many visits to America. They were both lovely people and I always enjoyed the time I got to spend with them. One of my life's big memories is when i came to visit them in West Auckland. They drove me to many sights in Durham and Newcastle and I got to go to their local pub. RIP to both of you and thankful you were part of the friends I have gotten to meet on life's journey.
