DOUGLAS (Nee Carr, previously Morrison) Passed away peacefully at Abbeyvale Care Home, Blackhall Colliery, on May 28th 2024 aged 86 years, former resident of Quarrington Hill. Jean, loving wife of the late Bill, much loved mother of Julie and Stephen, also respected mother-in-law of Robert and much loved grandmother to Paul Antoine. A special sister of Shelia, Susan, Joe and sister-in-law to Cath. Will be sadly missed. Funeral service is to take place at St Cuthbert's Church, Shadforth on Monday June 10th at 10am, followed by interment.
