LAWTON Helen, of Woodland Terrace, Darlington on 3rd May in St. Teresas Hospice after a short illness. Beloved wife of the late Fred and mother of Jonathan, Matthew and Nicholas. Deeply missed sister and aunt. Loving grandmother of Gemma, Joseph, Scarlett and Erin and great-grandmother of Tamara. Retired primary school teacher. Home-start volunteer. Lifelong learner and educator. Donations in Helen's memory may be sent directly to St. Teresas Hospice or The Compassionate Friends. All enquiries to Whitehouse Funeral Service.
